1. Free US Shipping Promotion
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic US orders over $30.00 (before applicable taxes). For orders under $30, standard calculated shipping is added at checkout.
2. Production & Dispatch Timeline
Orders consist of two phases:
- Production Time: 2 to 4 business days. Your items are custom printed, cut, cured, and quality checked at our dedicated fulfillment facilities.
- Transit Time (USPS / Carrier): 3 to 5 business days for standard delivery within the contiguous United States.
- Total Estimated Delivery: Most customers receive their orders within 5 to 9 business days of placing an order.
3. Order Tracking
As soon as your package is labeled and dispatched to the postal carrier, an automated confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent via Brevo. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking scans to update in the carrier system.
4. Shipping Address Changes
Because our automated fulfillment pipeline routes orders swiftly to print queues, address changes must be submitted within 2 hours of placing your order. Please email info@bullcitybumpers.com immediately with your order number.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please check with household members or neighbors and inspect your mailbox/porch. If the package has not arrived within 5 business days past the estimated delivery date, contact us at info@bullcitybumpers.com and we will assist with carrier claims or a replacement.
